Peace is the gift of God given to humans which is based on unconditional grace and mercy is further actualized by humans not only to love God but also to love one another as human beings.
And peace is the absence of war or fighting weapons and reduced to no more violence

Resolving underlying causes of vulnerability
Capacities are analyzed as the interaction of the resources and access to these resources by the different groups at risk and the overarching systems and structures that decrease or increase the capacity to confront the disaster risk.
